That's easy. Kill the environment.
While it might feel good to kill an environmentalist, you'd be helping the environment since what they think they do to help actually hurts.
If you kill the environment, the environmentalist suffers and you don't risk the legal fallout. You get to kill the environment and the environmentalist dies a little too.
However, the environment is amazingly resiliant. It would be damn near impossible to kill. That would be a miserable way to spend your life. Maybe it's best to kill the environmentalist just for the sake of simplicity.
What happens if you choose to kill the environment but you can't?
We need a new hypothetical!
